Job Description :
1. Financial Management & Strategy
- Lead the business unit's or key account's financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement credit risk assessment models to evaluate counterparty risks to safeguard project health
- Provide pre-sales financial solutions for business units, ensuring alignment with business objectives; drive effective cost optimization measures, directly contributing to the achievement of project profit targets.
2. Credit & Risk Analysis & Financial Support
Design and optimize credit processes to enhance risk management efficiency.Conduct in-depth financial risk analysis and present findings to senior management.Monitor the business unit / key account's financial health and recommend mitigation strategies.In charge of the full lifecycle of business / KPI management, collaborate with regional / HQ and local teams to ensure financial compliance and support business growth.3. Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, legal, and operations teams to align financial strategies with business goals.Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and professional manner.To collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in China HQ team4. Compliance & Process Improvement
Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and financial best practices.Continuously improve financial processes and tools for efficiency and accuracy.Deploy and implement the digital transformation finance AI solutions, utilized visualization tools and analyzed dashboard metric, to ensure operational visibility and enabling data-driven decision-making across teams.Job Requirements :
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.Minimum 5 years of working experience for finance management.Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and credit risk analysis within the ICT industry.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Financial Controller, responsible for operations and management tasks such as project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for network integration or merging projects.Skills required : familiar with Microsoft, Lotus Notes, Internet Explorer and Oracle.Knowledge of international trade, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting; familiarity with visual analytics tools would be an added advantage.Self-initiative to take the responsibility of task and learn new knowledge.The candidate shall be adaptable and flexible to tasks or job scope being assigned.Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey.
