Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and self-motivated professional with 5 – 9 years of corporate finance advisory experience to join our growing Investment Banking department.
Responsibilities
- Actively involved in transactional deal execution and origination activities
- Identify, address, resolve or mitigate issues identified in the course of IPO and M&A due diligence work and other assigned transactions
- Review and assist in preparation of transaction documents for IPO and M&A engagements
- Lead discussions involving clients, professionals and relevant regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as relevant regulatory requirements
- Be involved in SGX Catalist Continuing Sponsorship work
- Supervise junior staff
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance or a related fieldPassed CMFAS RES 4 (or M4A) and is currently a MAS registered representativeHave relevant experience and actively engaged in Corporate Finance advisory work as part of Investment Banking team(s). Candidates who have completed 2 or more listings in the past 5 years are preferredSelf-motivated team player, willing to take initiative, strong problem-solving skillsEffectively bilingual in English and ChineseExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTell employers what skills you have
