Position Overview
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily portfolio and project office (PPO) governance
- Create and validate Project in SAP to support project execution, monitoring and billing.
- Provide support and guidance on Project Charter, resource assignment and timesheet related matters /
- Conduct briefing and training on PPO templates and processes
- Generate Project performance KPIs and management analysis reports
- Provide support on yearly budgeting and workplan
- Support contract negotiation, award approval, procurement matters.
- Project progress tracking and reporting.
- Facilitate management meetings and reports, including writing meeting minutes
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and SharePointSAP & Tableau User Knowledge will be an added advantageEffective information-gathering, through meeting facilitation, one-on-one interactions and / or observationsExperience with documentation work products including manuals, SOPs, training aides and process documentsHands on and creative problem-solving skills.Active listening skills, professional written and verbal communication skills.Degree holder with 2 to 4 years of relevant working experienceDiploma holder with 3 to 8 years of relevant working experienceApply Now
