Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop BIM models from rough sketches / CAD and specifications from Engineers.
• Develop BIM 2D documentation as per BIM standards used in the project.
• Responsible for the updates as per the latest information provided and ensure the quality of the BIM models.
• Work closely with Engineers, Project Manager or CAD / BIM Manager to ensure successful completion of assignment within given timeline.
• Work with sub con to co-ordinate with their model to be implement on site and co-ordinate the model with them
• Producing RFA / RFI from the model
• Conducting ICE with client and PM on regular basic
• Able to Integrate VDC into the project upon completion of BIM model
• Develop overall architectural, structural and M&E drafting / shop drawings
• Assisting in plan, design, presentation and documentation
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
