Retail Operations Executive

Are you ready to take your career in retail operations to the next level? We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Retail Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our retail business running smoothly—managing purchase orders, supporting demand planning and forecasting, handling returns and claims, and conducting in-store checks. You'll also collaborate closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations, accurate reporting, and effective execution of campaigns. This is a hands-on role where your contribution directly impacts stock availability, operational efficiency, and overall sales performance.

What You'll Do :

Purchase Order (PO) Management

Process and monitor daily POs from all retail partners.

• Ensure accurate order entry, timely delivery, and alignment with stock availability.
• Submit non-fulfillment reports to retailers for any unfulfilled orders and follow up on resolution.

Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to coordinate order fulfillment.

Demand Planning & Forecasting

Consolidate sales data to support demand planning and forecasting cycles.

Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Retailer Returns & Claims Management

Manage product returns from retailers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Identify recurring return issues and recommend preventive actions.

Weekly In-Store Checks

Conduct weekly in-store visits to review stock availability and identify gaps by retailer.

Provide timely feedback and reports from store checks to management.

Cross-Functional Support

Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and supply chain teams to support overall business objectives.

What We're Looking For :

Working days : 5 days a week (Mon to Fri / 9am – 6pm) and able to commit 1 weekend per month for atrium event
