- Facilities Management at a specific location;
- Oversees daily operations and tenancy management services;
- Deliver solutions and maintain good customer relationship at all times;
- Candidate possess Bachelor's Degree or at least Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Real Estate / Building / Facilities Management or relevant disciplines;
- Candidates must have at least 3 years of working experience in related field;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Have the ability to handle projects independently;
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
