Responsibilities :

1. Installation Expertise : Execute flawless installations of cabinets, doors, handles, locks, hinges, closures, and other structures at various job sites, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

2. Lumber Selection : Carefully choose lumber based on size and strength specifications for each project, while also considering the customer's budget and desired style, to deliver top-quality results.

3. Tool Proficiency : Utilize power tools and other equipment proficiently to facilitate construction and installation tasks, demonstrating mastery in handling various tools to achieve project goals efficiently.

4. Compliance Assurance : Maintain strict adherence to all relevant zoning laws, building codes, and workplace safety regulations throughout the construction process, prioritizing the safety and legality of all projects.

• Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition.
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Providing estimates for materials and labor costs for projects.

Requirement :

1. Demonstrated expertise in carpentry best practices and techniques, with a keen eye for detail.

2. A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in the carpentry field, showcasing proficiency in various carpentry tasks.

3. Flexibility to work both day and night shifts as needed to accommodate project schedules.

4. Availability to work weekends and public holidays when project demands necessitate it.

5. Willingness to respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship under any circumstances.

6. Skills : Proficiency in using hand and power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings. Strong mathematical skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately.

7. Physical stamina : Carpentry can be physically demanding, so candidates should be in good physical condition and able to lift heavy materials and work for extended periods in various weather conditions.

8. Ready to work any time if emergency.
