Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and management of Fixed Assets
• Financial Planning & Analysis : Track and revise financial models to assist with strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Management Reporting : Compile and deliver financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Budget Oversight : Manage the budgeting process, evaluate discrepancies, and propose revisions to meet organizational goals
• Cash Flow Oversight : Supervise cash flow operations, keep track of receivables and payables, and ensure sufficient liquidity
• Regulatory Compliance & Auditing : Guarantee adherence to financial laws and standards; liaise with auditors for both internal and external reviews
• Cost Management & Efficiency : Discover ways to reduce expenses and apply effective methods to enhance financial outcomes
• Strategic Collaboration : Partner with department leaders to deliver financial analysis and support key business decisions
