Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage emails, schedules, and digital files
• Assist with content organization and basic research
• Coordinate meetings and maintain calendars
• Support social media tasks (posting, scheduling, basic engagement)
• Prepare reports, documents, and summaries
• Perform general administrative duties as needed

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time–management and organizational ability
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Trello/Asana (or willingness to learn)
• High-speed internet and a reliable home workstation
• Prior virtual assistant experience is a plus but not required
