Regional Procurement Pharmacist - ASEAN

As we expand our footprint across the ASEAN region, we are

seeking a highly driven Regional Procurement

Pharmacist to lead procurement transformation within

the organisation. This role bridges pharmaceutical expertise with

procurement and supply chain strategies, ensuring efficiency,

compliance, and cost-effectiveness in sourcing essential medical

supplies and services.

Key

Responsibilities :

Spearhead the implementation and optimization of

procurement systems and workflows across the ASEAN

region.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders

to align procurement strategies with business priorities, driving

cost savings and commercial value.

Manage the

full procurement cycle : identifying needs, supplier sourcing,

contract negotiation, inventory management, and ensuring timely

delivery.

Develop strong supplier partnerships

and evaluate performance to maintain quality and

compliance.

Mitigate procurement risks and

ensure adherence to company policies, local laws, and ethical

practices.

Champion digital transformation

initiatives, including system upgrades and platform

deployment.

Oversee central purchasing

functions and maintain accurate inventory management across

multiple locations.

Evaluate new drug entries

and review institutional drug formularies.

Perform stocktake analytics and present insights to

management.

Work closely with clinical teams

to streamline end-to-end procurement processes.

Ensure compliance with HSA requirements, including

maintaining Wholesale and Import licenses and adhering to Good

Distribution Practice.

Maintain compliance

with MOH and HSA regulations in all procurement

activities.

Requirements :

Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council

(SPC).

Minimum 5 years of experience in

pharmaceutical procurement and supply chain.

Experience in oncology products or services is a

plus.

Excellent negotiation, communication,

and analytical problem-solving

skills.
