Roles & Responsibilities
The Head of People & Culture will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving the strategic and operational HR agenda across the Group. This role will lead the development of a high-performance culture, oversee talent acquisition and development, and ensure that our people practices are aligned with our brand values and business objectives.
You will be instrumental in building a scalable, values-driven people infrastructure that supports our growth, enhances employee experience, and strengthens our position as an employer of choice in the healthcare and aesthetics industry.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to define and execute a forward-looking people strategy aligned with business growth and clinic expansion.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support scalability and agility.
- Champion the Group’s mission, values, and culture across all levels of the organization.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for clinical (doctors, nurses) and non-clinical (operations, sales, HQ) roles.Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top-tier talent in a competitive healthcare market.Build strategic partnerships with educational institutions, professional bodies, and recruitment platforms.Performance, Learning & Development
Design and implement performance management systems that drive accountability, feedback, and growth.Establish learning and development frameworks for clinical excellence, service delivery, and leadership development.Promote a culture of continuous learning, upskilling, and internal mobility.Culture & Engagement
Lead initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.Design and implement employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and recognition frameworks.Act as a trusted advisor and cultural steward across all clinics and departments.HR Operations, Compliance & Analytics
Ensure full compliance with Singapore’s Employment Act, MOM regulations, and MOH guidelines.Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits, HRIS, and employee lifecycle management.Leverage HR analytics to inform decision-making, track KPIs, and drive data-driven improvements.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.Proven experience in multi-site operations , preferably in healthcare, retail, or service industries.Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws, healthcare HR compliance, and best practices.Demonstrated ability to lead HR transformation and scale people operations in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.What We Offer
