General Summary of Responsibilities
- Handles the administrative functions in the day-to-day operations of the assigned condominium / building.
- Provide customer service to the owners / tenants in the estate / building.
- Ensure proper administration of facilities bookings
- Collection of management and sinking funds
- Ensure compliance with the by-laws of the estate / building.
- Ensure compliance with PFS policies and ISO procedures
