Executive Relations is the essential, impartial link between Apple customers and Apple’s Executive team, Legal teams, & government agencies, focused on risk mitigation & revenue loss prevention. A key aspect is conducting thorough root cause failure analysis to uncover underlying issues and minimize risks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to develop and implement strategies aimed at preventing the recurrence of identified issues.

Description

Executive Relations Liaison will work with Apple's most demanding, influential, and high profile customer under aggressive time commitments.

  • Engage government and consumer advocacy officers to communicate official positioning on company issues
  • Develop creative solutions to complete customer problems
  • Identify and escalates emerging product or customer dissatisfiers
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and suggests improvement strategies.
  • Responsible for damage control, customer recovery, and retention

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Vietnamese to support the language-specific market and in English to partner with international teams (written and spoken at a fluent level)
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience with knowledge of Apple products and warranty policies in Australia, New Zealand, and / or Southeast Asian markets
  • Makes space to listen, learn, and amplify diverse perspectives and experiences

  • Understanding of the ANZ and South East Asia markets will be an advantage
