Warehouse Assistant Airfreight

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update warehouse checklists and provide clearance status updates.
• Accurately scan and upload TDN documents into the internal system.
• Upload PODs into the system promptly to ensure complete delivery records.
• Prepare and organize delivery documentation for the handover of import shipments.
• Submit CMD documentation for import customs clearance in a timely manner.
• Track and monitor all inbound shipments to ensure timely arrivals and identify potential delays.
• Liaise with the customs clearance team to facilitate and expedite the cargo release process.
• Assist with physical inspection and survey of cargo to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Perform any other related tasks as required or assigned by manager

Other requirements : Must have Class 3 driving license and forklift license
