As a Speech Language Therapist, you will be responsible for the following duties :
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations using systematic clinical reasoning, forming and validating diagnostic hypotheses.Identify and analyze speech, language, and communication disorders related to referred conditions, applying evidence-based assessment techniques.Develop and execute individualized treatment plans grounded in current research, prioritizing patient safety and therapeutic efficacy.Track patient progress, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with confidentiality protocols.Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams by attending rounds, clinics, meetings, and contributing to research or process improvement initiatives.Support departmental goals by fostering professional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.Engage in continuous learning by participating in clinical education programs and training opportunities.Provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship to junior staff, students, and therapy assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery.Oversee Therapy Assistants to maintain adherence to best practices in treatment implementation.Requirements :
