Roles & Responsibilities
1. Facilities Management
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities and equipment
- Coordinate with service providers (e.g. cleaning, M&E, security) for scheduled works and repairs
- Conduct periodic facility inspections and ensure timely resolution of issues
2. Workplace Safety & Compliance
Monitor compliance with workplace safety regulations (e.g. WSH Act)Maintain safety documentation, incident reports, and risk assessmentsConduct fire drills and emergency preparedness exercisesEnsure safety-related licenses, equipment checks, and trainings are up to date3. ISO Auditing & Documentation
Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 45001)Conduct internal audits and prepare documentation in accordance with ISO standardsAssist in identifying non-conformities and follow up with corrective actionsCoordinate with external auditors during surveillance and certification audits4. Tenant & Space Management
Serve as point of contact for tenants on operational and facility-related mattersManage tenant feedback, requests, and space usageCoordinate move-ins / move-outs, access control, and renovationsMonitor use of common areas and enforce building policies5. General Operations Support
Support other administrative and logistical needs of the operations departmentRequirements :
At least Diploma in Business Admin, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in office managementStrong organizational, coordination, and communication skillsAble to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyGood communications and opennessTell employers what skills you have
