Roles & Responsibilities
Location : Bukit Merah
Duration : 5-6 months
Department : Accounts Receivable (Refunds)
Workdays : 5 days / week, office hours
Salary : $1,600 - $2,000
Job Description :
Obtain Statement of Accounts (SOA) from suppliers
Prepare & submit creditors' reconciliation statements for vendors
Extract data from SAP, invoice database & supplier portal for reconciliation
Follow up on reconciling items, obtain certified true copy invoices
Provide payment status updates on invoices
Handle phone calls &
emails enquiries promptly
Assist with other administrative duties as assigned
