Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring an AI Content Designer / Video Creator to support a major public sector training and adoption initiative within the Ministry of Education (MOE) .

If you’re a creative professional with a passion for instructional design and a knack for leveraging AI tools like Synthesia.io and ChatGPT to produce high-impact learning content, this could be a great fit!

Job Highlights :

Contract Duration : 3 Months (with an option to extend for a further 9 Months)
Salary : Up to $5,500 / month
Location : West Singapore
Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
Work Arrangement : Hybrid (Up to 3 Days WFO, 2 days WFH)
Qualification : Diploma or Degree
Experience : 2–3 years of relevant experience
Start Date : Expected 1st October 2025

🧩 Key Responsibilities :

AI Video Production : Design and produce high-quality microlearning and explainer videos using AI video tools (e.g., Synthesia.io) to support staff training and system adoption.

Scriptwriting & Design : Write, refine, and structure content scripts using LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT) , ensuring clarity, instructional flow, and alignment with MOE’s tone of voice and style guide.

Instructional Strategy : Apply microlearning principles to segment content and collaborate with training teams to storyboard and sequence videos for defined learning journeys.

Content Management : Uphold data sensitivity and confidentiality standards, and efficiently organize and maintain the growing library of content and the production calendar.

Stay Updated : Actively follow and integrate the latest trends in generative AI, video creation, and instructional design into production workflows.

✅ Who We’re Looking For :

Experience : Minimum 2–3 years in content creation, instructional design, or video production.

Technical & Creative Skills (Must-Haves) :

Familiarity with AI tools for video production (e.g., Synthesia.io) and scripting (e.g., ChatGPT).

Strong ability to script, storyboard , and structure content with a clear instructional flow.

Understanding of microlearning concepts and learner-centered design.

Technical Skills (Good to Have) : Experience with LMS tools , Canva, Articulate Rise / Storyline, or learning analytics.

Soft Skills : Strong writing and storytelling skills, highly collaborative , detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently to meet production timelines.
