Job description

Location : AMK

Lead , Define and maintain robust, scalable software architectures to aligned with business goals.
Establish and promote software engineering standardsand coding best practices across development teams.
Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and security teams to ensure integration of architecture into the development lifecycle and CI / CD pipelines.
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance standards.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering teams, supporting solution reviews and architectural decision-making.
Establish performance benchmarks, metrics and KPIs to ensure technical excellence.
Provide architectural advice, technical assessments, and solution proposals to support client engagements.

Requirements

Proven experience in software development and architectural design, including large-scale or enterprise systems.

Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI / CD practices and practical experience in integrating software quality, automation, and cloud infrastructure.

Experience in software performance tuning, scalability, security compliance, and resilience engineering.

Knowledge of API design, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience in leading cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders engagement.
