Roles & Responsibilities
As an Insurance Admin , you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, review, and issuance of insurance policy documents and endorsements. You will help ensure proper documentation, records, and filing upon issuance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Follow up with clients on motor insurance enquiries promptly.
- Handle renewals for clients.
- Update customer database with accurate particulars.
- Assist in handling enquiries on Facebook & the company website.
- Prepare motor insurance quotations and policy issuance.
- Process policies taken up with the agency.
- Attend to new and existing client enquiries.
- Follow up on payments and assist in payment collection.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support including filing, printing, and managing emails.
Requirements
Attention to detail.Good in written and verbal communication skills.Good interpersonal and customer service skills.Must be customer-centric, a team player, and proactive.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasksWilling to make calls and follow up with clients.Result and service-orientedAdded Advantage (but not a must) :
CGI professional certification.Exposure to general insurance or car-related knowledge.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Work Location : In person @ 33 Ubi Avenue 3 (Nearest MRT Tai Seng or Ubi / Kaki Bukit)
