Intern - Platform Operations

The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain.

The Group operates Singapore's national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank / POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

We are seeking a motivated and talented intern with a diploma or engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Linux and Ansible, and a passion for learning and growing in a dynamic environment.

• Assist with routine server operations including OS patching, monitoring and health checks.
• Support the team in managing virtual machines (VMs), storage, and backup processes.
• Help document standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Participate in automation of server management tasks using Shell scripting, Ansible, PowerShell.
• Participate in change management and Incident management processes.
