Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Serve as a trusted talent acquisition partner, advising on talent demand, market trends, and staffing strategies for Early Careers programs.
- Develop and implement impactful recruitment campaigns to attract top candidates, delivering a seamless and engaging candidate experience from screening to offer stage.
- Host planning and debrief meetings with hiring teams to ensure alignment and consistency in recruitment processes.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including Coordinating, Onboarding, Inclusion, Payroll, and Total Rewards.
- Act as a culture ambassador, promoting organizational values while sourcing and screening qualified candidates.
- Manage recruitment events, including Interview Superdays and campus activities, ensuring exceptional execution.
- Drive best-in-class recruitment processes to achieve key hiring metrics and deliver on business needs.
- Oversee candidate onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Contribute to special projects such as social media strategy, data management and analytics, employer branding, and program development (internships and apprenticeships).
- Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
