Project Manager (Salesforce)

We are searching for a skilled Project Manager (Salesforce) to join our talented team!

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management : Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
• Vendor Management : Manage outsource vendor, including contracts management, execution and delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with business teams, technical teams, and leadership to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Technical Oversight : Provide technical guidance to vendors, ensuring best practices in Salesforce architecture, coding, and integration.
• Customisation & Configuration : Oversee and validate Salesforce customisations, workflows, validation rules, process automation, and security settings.
• Integration Management : Manage third-party integrations and API connections with Salesforce.
• Agile & Scrum Practices : Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure continuous delivery and improvement.
• Risk & Issue Resolution : Identify potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks in projects, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Documentation & Training : Maintain clear documentation, including business processes, system architecture, and user guides. Train end-users on Salesforce functionalities.
• Compliance & Security : Ensure all Salesforce implementations comply with security best practices, governance policies, and industry regulations.
