Job Description :
Work Hours : 8.30am-6pm, Mon-Fri
Location : Outram Park
Term : 1 year contract
Salary Range : $2,000 - $2,700
Key Responsibilities :
Excel & Admin Support Use Excel for basic data cleaning, analysis, and charts.
Take meeting notes and help with scheduling.
Vendor Coordination Contact vendors for quotations and arrange meetings.
Support programme coordination and ensure vendors follow processes (e.g. CSAT, risk management).
Programme & System Support Help manage system accounts and approvals in OPMS.
Update and verify programme data, attendance, and billing.
Event & Inventory Management Track event premiums and equipment.
Assist with bookings and document submissions for events.
Risk & Operations Support monthly incident tracking and risk reviews.
Coordinate audits and ensure reports are filed properly.
Basic MS Teams & Communication Use MS Teams for meetings and coordination.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners.
