Responsibilities
- Responsible in ensuring monthly personal sales targets are met.
- Keep documentation and maintain customers’ records.
- Deliver a variety of facial / massage services in a safe and comfortable manner.
- Meet sales goals / targets while offering personalized customer service and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Acknowledge and respond to customers’ enquiries, needs and expectations.
- Suggest and promote retail products and additional services.
- Uphold hygiene and follow health and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure that all purchased services / products are not under cost.
- Ensure the safety of all customers during treatment. (i.e. refrain from burning / injure customers)
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
