Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1) Merchandising & Display
- Ensure optimal product display and shelf presence in stores, following planogram guidelines.
- Set up in-store promotional displays and deploy Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM).
- Identify cross-merchandising opportunities and place POSM in relevant sections.
- Ensure all products and promotional materials are accurately and attractively presented during campaigns.
2) Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor and maintain healthy stock levels in-store.Propose replenishment orders to outlet staff to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.Capture real-time photos of shelf displays to track Share of Shelf and product availability.3) Store & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong working relationships with store managers.Negotiate for prime display locations and space rental (annual / ad-hoc agreements).4) Activations & Events Support
Transport and set up stock for activation areas.Support Brand Ambassadors and Promoters during events (roadshows, sampling, fairs).Engage directly with consumers during sampling to promote product features and encourage sales.5) Internal Coordination & Reporting
Attend monthly sales meetings to align on promotions and campaigns.Ensure timely feedback and execution of merchandising strategies as directed.Requirements
Experience in retail merchandising is a plus, but fast learners are welcome.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills..Good team player.Able to communicate in English.Tell employers what skills you have
