Roles & Responsibilities

About Client :

Our client is an Reputed MNC

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements for KRI reporting automation.
  • Analyse existing manual reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Map data flows from source systems to reporting outputs, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Work with data engineers and developers to define data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) requirements.
  • Support the design and implementation of Power BI dashboards and visualisations to meet business needs. Review and recommend process enhancements to enable automation opportunities.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit information and clarify requirements.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of reporting solutions.
  • Maintain clear documentation of business processes, data mappings, and reporting logic.

Skills / Requirement :

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven projects.
  • Excellent information gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in process improvement and business process re-engineering.
  • Experience working with source systems, data warehouses, and ETL processes.
  • Experience with SQL or other data querying tools.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualisation and dashboard
  • development.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus
