Roles & Responsibilities

Emaris Shipping Pte Ltd is looking for a motivated Assistant Technical Superintendent to join our

Technical Department. This role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate marine engineer with sailing experience to transition into a shore-based ship management career in the bunker tanker segment.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily technical operations and maintenance of bunker tankers
• Supervise vessel condition, performance, and ensure compliance with statutory and class requirements
• Coordinate with vessels during inspections, flag state and class surveys, and SIRE inspections
• Support planning and execution of machinery overhauls, repairs, and dry dockings
• Monitor and manage spare parts procurement and technical stores inventory
• Ensure timely upkeep of vessel certifications and technical documentation
• Provide technical support to the Marine Department on operational matters
