Roles & Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in selling both standard and customized technical solutions.
- Conduct online, remote, or on-site product demonstrations, testing, installations, and training.
- Work closely with sales representatives to organize sales activities aimed at achieving revenue and profit goals (such as exhibitions, roadshows, phone calls, on-site visits, customer follow-ups, etc.).
- Provide weekly reports on activities that impact business positioning and market development (customer needs, industry standards, competition, etc.).
- Continuously enhance market, technical, and product knowledge by attending company training sessions.
- Stay updated on changes in market application demands.
Profile Requirements
Educational background in business engineering or electromechanical / optical engineering, with both technical and business knowledge.Minimum 3 years of commercial experience supporting industrial equipment (preferably CN and / or laser).Strong interest, curiosity, and motivation towards technology and innovative marketing approaches.Ability to travel and be present on-site.Proficiency with IT tools (Windows environment, Word, Excel, CRM software, etc.) and CAD / CAM software.Fluency in Chinese and English.
