JOB SUMMARY
This is a Group Credit Card product governance role focused on execution of Wealth & Retail Banking (WRB) Global Credit Card (CC) Strategy. This encompasses the management and delivery of Credit Card profitability maximization initiatives, mandates delivery, governance initiatives and documentation matters1. Leading Card Product Governance-related activities for the group :
- Product programme governance management and periodic reviews
- Review of global policies and standards, managing dispensations and implementation of policies / regulations across markets
- Participation in Incentive Plan forums
- Managing corrective actions and periodic policy validations on bank platforms
Ownership of operational component of scheme engagement
Leading monthly operational calls with schemesOversight of scheme mandate implementation, timeline / support discussions with schemesScheme governance as critical service providersPeriodic bank policy validations with schemesOperation Rules Validation for schemes complianceScheme fees cost reduction
