Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance with codes, standards, regulations, equipment-specific specifications, and Quality Management System (QMS) and Project Quality Plan (PQP) requirements.
• Drive the company's overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control function and programs.
• Ensure strict compliance with contractual QA / QC requirements conforming to project specifications.
• Act as main liaison with external certifying bodies on all ISO certifications related to Quality.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure product quality meets design parameters and technical requirements, adhering to BCA’s Good Industry Practice guidelines.
• Supervise and manage all visual inspections and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) procedures, including those performed by third-party subcontractors.
• Monitor corrective actions, process improvements, and ensure proper defect rectification by subcontractor workers across all trades.
• Develop and execute effective QA / QC plans, prepare precise reports, and assist in the preparation of QM submissions.
• Manage testing requirements as per contracts.
• Oversee corrective actions and monitor their implementation.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
