Growth Marketing and Performance Optimisation Manager that will
play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition and revenue growth
through strategic performance and growth marketing
campaigns.

Overview : As a Growth
Marketing and Performance Optimisation Manager, you will lead the
end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of data-driven
marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and
revenue growth. You will leverage a deep understanding of digital
channels, performance marketing, and customer journeys to scale
user growth, improve conversion rates, and optimize marketing
ROI.
This role involves managing and optimizing
campaigns across multiple platforms, analyzing performance data to
inform strategy, and driving continuous experimentation to uncover
new growth opportunities. You will collaborate closely with
cross-functional teams to execute scalable, high-impact strategies.

Responsibilities :
Develop, execute, and continuously refine end-to-end
growth marketing strategies across integrated channels-including
paid search, social, email, referral, events and partnerships-to
drive brand awareness, user acquisition, engagement, retention, and
revenue growth.
Plan, manage, and optimize
advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads,
Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others to achieve efficient
customer acquisition within budget.
Conduct
in-depth audience segmentation, keyword research, and targeting
strategy development to maximize campaign effectiveness including
click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and return on ad
spend (ROAS).
Lead the execution and analysis
of A / B tests to improve campaign targeting, messaging, and creative
elements and conversion rates, customer lifetime value (LTV), and
ROI.
Analyze cross-channel marketing data to
uncover insights, identify growth opportunities, and drive
continuous funnel optimization across the user journey.
Track, report, and communicate campaign performance and
business impact to stakeholders on a regular basis, ensuring
transparency and alignment with growth goals.
Work with internal and external creative teams to develop
high-performing ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that support
growth objectives.
Effectively lead and
execute on cross-functional projects with product, design, content,
operations, and clinical teams.
Manage
campaign budgets effectively to ensure efficient allocation of
resources and optimal results across all marketing
activities.
Stay informed on industry trends,
platform updates, best practices in performance marketing,
competitor strategies, and healthcare regulatory
guidelines
Key
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related
field. Advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of
experience in growth, performance, digital marketing or related
roles.
Proven track record of successfully
scaling campaigns and driving measurable growth, preferably in the
healthcare or technology sector.
Strong
analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with ability to
derive actionable insights from campaign performance metrics.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, and
SQL and marketing automation platforms (preferred)
Strong knowledge and experience with managing paid
channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok
Ads) SEO, and lifecycle marketing.
Strong
understanding and application of marketing frameworks (AARRR
funnel, AOV, customer segmentation)
Proven
ability to manage and optimize budgets effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with
the ability to work effectively in cross-functional
teams.
Strong analytical thinking and
problem-solving abilities.

and continuous improvement.
Excellent project
management, ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and
