RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage pre-and post-course administrative matters for each new programme to ensure smooth execution and running of all programmes.
- Assist in managing training registration and course implementation and administration workflows while ensuring constant review and improvement of the respective workflows.
- Perform daily transaction in the Training Partners Gateway and Training Management System.
- Liaise with trainers and partners to create and update teaching resources on the Learning Management System prior to the start of the class and during class itself.
- Collate and analyse course evaluation results to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to determine whether they met their objectives.
- Identify, analyse, and monitor issues that affect quality of courses and trainers.
- Provide operational insights to achieve key performance indicators.
- Utilise participants information from data and research to understand trends and opportunities.
- Design and develop e-learning materials for relevant courses.
- Any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
A diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience in training institutions or relevant area.Proven experience in TMS and LMS administration, including configuration, troubleshooting, database reporting, and issue resolution.Familiarity with adult learning principles, digital pedagogy, and performance-based learning models.Ability to design or adapt learning resources (e.g., presentations, e-learning modules, job aids) in collaboration with subject matter experts and trainers.Have an eye for detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.A driven individual with strong creative, analytical and interpersonal skills along with a high degree of personal and professional integrity.A resourceful style with the ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects as well as to be a team player who is eager to collaborate with others.Demonstrated experience in learning / instructional design, including the ability to structure, storyboard, and develop course content for digital, blended, and in-person learning experiences.
