PROJECT MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities

We are a well-established construction company with an enviable track record in major civil engineering and building works. To meet our continuing growth, we require suitably qualified candidates for the following position :

Responsibilities :

• Able to coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities
• Able to handle all trades of works on-site (ie structural works, architectural works, building works, M&E works, interior fitting-out works)
• Set up and maintain project control system, planning, work schedules and monitoring of project costing, work progress, and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress smoothly & completed with target time and budget
• Review and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Manage defects’ rectification and improvement works of completed projects
• Implement various quality, safety, and environmental management systems
