Strong interpersonal skills. 2-3 years of work experience for an outbound call center. Work experience in Sales and Marketing is a plus. Outbound call center experience for a Japanese Manufacturing company is a plus. Willing to work in Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang.

Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify client prospects using published phone directories and other business listings.
- Performs calling of prospective customers using telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other latest telecommunications technology.
- Influences customers to buy goods and services or accept meeting appointments using prepared conversational speech spirit.
- Regularly accomplishes recording of client information (name, business, addresses, etc.) and key business software acquisition.
- Solicits customer referral for future call activities.
- Keeps equipment in operation by strictly following equipment instructions and procedures.
- Ensures information security in performing simple computer data backup and procedures.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with office rules and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by performing other related activities and recommending required improvements.
