Roles & Responsibilities

We are assisting our client, an established healthcare provider, in searching for an experienced System Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities

• To lead the implementation of clinical / healthcare-related systems and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
• To analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop detailed specifications and solutions.
• Manage related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the systems and work closely with the IT Project Manager to ensure application vendors fulfil their SLA.
• Prioritise service request / change request.
• Perform UAT for any release of application patches and enhancements.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective use of the systems.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides.
• Generate accurate and timely reports, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial reports based on business finance requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all system modules.
• To undertake any other duties and projects as assigned.
