The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee restaurant operations and ensure a smooth daily business flow, compliance to operations standards and procedures.
• Maintain a positive restaurant image and service culture.
• Create and plan work schedules based on business needs.
• Ensure proper compliance with SFA hygiene standards and complies with our internal preset standards.
• Train new and existing team members to help them meet the restaurant's expectations, providing necessary feedback and training.
• Interact with diners and build positive rapport with guests.
• Ensures that monthly sales revenue is met and ability to suggests and execute promotions.
• Plan and organize restaurant's inventory needs, proper month end stock take and necessary reports.
• Observes quality of food served and ensures that they are of high standards.
