Overview :
The Club General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of club operations, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction, managing staff, and achieving financial goals. The GM provides leadership, strategic planning, and operational management to deliver a premium experience to members and guests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage daily club operations, includingMembership services, Food & Beverage, Fitness, Events, and Facilities Management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to promote growth, member retention, and revenue enhancement.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, performance management, and scheduling.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and member satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and control expenses.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional club culture.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in club management, hospitality, or related fields.Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.Knowledge of club management software and MS Office Suite.Preferred Education :
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
