Your Responsibilities :

The Conference Producer needs to research, develop and project manage a portfolio of launch and repeat events. Key facets of the role include :

  • Responsible for creating content through industry research by speaking with multiple Senoir Executives in the industry
  • In charge of translating commercial knowledge obtained through research into agendas, value propositions and department briefs via copywriting
  • Responsible for inviting Key Excutives in the industry to speak at events
  • In charge of the overall running of the onsite event, network with Senior Executives and develop future pipeline and opportunities
  • In charge of overall management of the entire Project, and work closely with internal teams to develop and execute comprehensive cross-functional strategies
  • Responsible for budget controls for event cost and revenue
  • Responsible for creating original, engaging sales copies for event brochures, website and associated promotion materials
