Biologics Plant Planner (Pharma/Biotech)

Roles & Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate construction activities with internal stakeholders for project schedule.
• Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate with project managers and team leads to gather project requirements, scope, and deliverables, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status and key milestones.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders regarding the schedule, deadlines, and any changes or updates.
• Analyze project data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve future project planning processes.
• Identify scheduling risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential impacts on the project timeline.

About You:

• Knowledge and user of Prima Vera project application, MS Project
• Has experience monitoring, tracking and overseeing schedule execution for construction, installation, start up and commissioning and qualification of big scale manufacturing plant process equipment facility.
• Great communicator – to engage project engineers, contractors for tracking of work progress and resolve conflicting tasks line up and identify with stakeholders potential execution challenges in term of material, resource, timeline to fulfil the schedule.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
