Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and drive all HR strategies and initiatives across the APAC and ANZ region, acting as both a Regional HR (RHR) and Business HR (BHR) Partner for the CSG (Sales) team. You will provide strategic HR partnership to senior business leaders, ensure compliance with regional labor laws, and champion initiatives that strengthen talent management, engagement, and employer branding. The role focuses on enabling business growth through progressive people practices, creating a high-performance culture, and positioning the organization as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities :
Regional HR Leadership :
- Oversee HR operations across APAC & ANZ (~8+ countries, ~200+ headcount).
- Ensure statutory compliance with regional labour laws and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and external HR partners.
- Lead policy harmonization and process improvement efforts across multiple geographies.
Business HR Partnering (CSG – APAC Sales) :
Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement.Partner closely with line managers to drive people strategy aligned to business objectives.Employer Branding & Talent Outreach :
Drive employer branding initiatives across the region, including internship programsand industry outreach activities.Strengthen the organization’s positioning as a preferred employer in competitive markets.Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership :
Collaborate with global HR teams, India HQ, and other regional business units to ensure alignment of HR strategy.Engage and influence senior stakeholders, balancing strategic guidance with operational agility.Team Leadership :
Manage and mentor a regional HR team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Minimum qualification & experience :
MBA or Postgraduate degree in HR or related field.12-15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to APAC / ANZ markets.Telecom / technology sector experience preferred.Strong knowledge of regional labour laws and compliance frameworks.Proven experience in business partnering with sales / commercial teams.Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across cultures and geographies.Strategic mindset with operational agility; capable of driving large-scale initiatives while addressing day-to-day HR matters.Strong project management, process improvement, and employer branding experience.High cultural sensitivity, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving capability.Tell employers what skills you have
