Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise dormitory activities including upkeep & maintenance, monitor workers’ movement, conduct site checks and ensure compliance with rules & regulations
- Maintenance of the required record of dormitory operations and ensure the records are properly updated at any point of time
- Conduct regular unit inspection and rectification on irregularities
- To conduct room inspections regularly to ensure that an acceptable level of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained by residents.
- Updating of occupant list
- Processing of dormitory passes
Requirements :
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalentMinimum 1 year of relevant experienceAble to work on non-business hours which may include weekends and / or holidaysPositive attitude and the willingness to learnGood verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelAble to start work immediately or within short noticeTell employers what skills you have
