1) Creating & maintaining filing systems
2) Dealing with telephone & email enquiries 3) Word processing, creating spreadsheets
4) Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
5) To prepare invoices & quotations
6) Prepare & send outgoing faxes, mails & courier packages
7) Other administrative duties as required
8) Able to work on weekend & long hours
