for a Intern, to join our Marketing team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to reviews on 3rd party booking platforms on a timely manner
• Respond to guest enquiries and direct messages on social media platforms
• Monthly Reports to compile review sentiments of Shangri-La Singapore and comp sets
• Assist in compiling the media clippings report comprising online and printed publication and social media features
• Create social content for Shangri-La Singapore in forms of shortform videos, reels, IGs and photo posts
• Selection of user-generated content suitable for repost on brand social media accounts
• Scheduling of social content and ads
• Guest letters crafting and printingAssist in the creation of official hotel signages
• Assist in coordinating of media drops with relevant department and stakeholders
• Simple copywriting for social media and digital contentUpdate brand website content
• Assist in photography and videography jobs, including mood board creation and sourcing for quotes
• Coordinate media drops and media events
• Reach out to on-brand influencers/KOLs and organisations regarding collaborations
• Compset analysis and research for F&B, retail, family and rooms content
• Assist in coordinating media hostings for rooms, F&B or family functions
