Executive, Education Resource

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with subject matter experts to develop and design educational resources for preschool children, including publications (print and electronic), teaching aids and digital resources (audio, animations, games);
• Assist in all aspects of education resource production, including procurement and vendor selection, and ensuring timelines are met;
• Perform editorial duties, including fact check, copy editing and proofreading;
• Carry out basic audio and video editing duties for electronic/digital resources;
• Assist in liaising with internal and external stakeholders for outreach/publicity activities or events;
• Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer/Head of Department

Job Holder Requirements:

• Qualification: Degree in any discipline
• Experience: 1 year
• Other Knowledge & Skills, and Attributes: Basic audio and video editing skillsA mature and meticulous individual with good interpersonal and communication skills, and who can work well in a team settingGood time management skills, able to handle multiple projects with tight and overlapping deadlinesKnowledge in publishing (print and digital) and experience with design software (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop) will be an advantageEffectively bilingual in English and one other Mother Tongue language (Chinese/Malay/Tamil language)
