Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our multidisciplinary design team. The role focuses on developing visual narratives and graphic systems that support exhibition, spatial, and experiential projects. The ideal candidate is adept at blending storytelling with strong design fundamentals, translating complex content into engaging visual experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Concept & Visual Development
Work collaboratively with creative directors, content writers, and exhibition designers to develop visual identities, interpretive graphics, and signage systems.
- Translate conceptual narratives into compelling visual design directions, ensuring alignment with the project’s creative intent.
2. Design Execution
Create layouts for environmental graphics, wayfinding, interactive interfaces, and exhibition panels.Produce presentation materials, graphic style guides, and design templates that clearly communicate design intent to internal teams and external partners.3. Production & Coordination
Prepare print-ready artwork and digital assets for fabrication and media teams.Coordinate with vendors, printers, and fabricators to ensure accurate execution of design deliverables within technical and budgetary constraints.4. Collaboration
Work closely with 3D, multimedia, and architectural teams to integrate graphic design seamlessly into the overall spatial experience.Support cross-disciplinary design development with a strong eye for detail, consistency, and accessibility.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within exhibition, spatial, or experiential design environments.Strong portfolio showcasing environmental graphics, identity systems, and multidisciplinary design projects.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); knowledge of motion graphics and UI / UX tools a plus.Understanding of print production, fabrication processes, and accessibility standards for large-scale public environments.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.What We Offer
