Job Vacancy : Transportation Team Leader

Company Profile

We are a well-established transportation and logistics company in Singapore, providing services such as local distribution, warehousing, and supply chain solutions. To strengthen our operations, we are looking for a Team Leader to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of drivers and logistics staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Oversee vehicle scheduling, route planning, and timely delivery of goods.
Monitor staff performance, provide training and guidance, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Handle customer service matters, resolve issues, and maintain good client relationships.
Ensure safety regulations and operational standards are met at all times.
Report to the Operations Manager and support in operational planning and improvement.

Requirements

Diploma or higher in Logiransportation, or related field preferred.

At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supervisory role.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
