Our client is a pioneering company that specializes in institutional access to digital asset markets. They're seeking a Compliance Officer to join their team in ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review clients, liquidity providers, and exchanges to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations
- Support the preparation of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reports and maintain compliance policies
- Provide regulatory compliance advice to various teams and assist with risk assessments and vendor due diligence
- Manage compliance registers, prepare compliance reports, and support internal and external audits
