SUMMARY
The Logistics Officer is
responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end logistics
operations of the organization. This role involves coordinating and
optimizing the supply chain process, managing inventory, and
ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills,
attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with
various departments and external
partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES
incoming & outgoing shipment and shipment documentation are
accurate and submitted timely.
movements of materials are updated in system.
Ensure all paperwork are in order and in compliance with the
Company's policies
the warehouse / internal department to understand their
requirements and priorities.
transactions in SAP system timely and
accurately.
/ outgoing documents.
inventory accuracy.
reports.
material.
sheet.
report.
transporters / hauliers
shipment to forwarder.
delivery.
note.
housekeeping of the department.
transactions & documentation for RMA.
Perform and create transaction Production Orders in the
system.

experience or more in logistics industry
