Coach has stepped up its presence into the F&B world, and we’re bringing a tight, no-fuss menu of American classics with us. This is not an overcomplicated, fine-dining kitchen—it’s a high-energy, small-but-mighty kitchen that puts out great food with precision and speed.
Our food is all about quality, execution, and making sure every plate is something people want to order again. Think craveable, beautifully made café food with a bit of New York attitude—deli sandwiches, chicken and waffles, all American cheeseburger and the list goes on!

We’re looking for Cooks who take pride in nailing the details, working clean, and delivering food that looks good, tastes great, and comes out fast.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare a focused menu of café classics—no fluff, no filler, just great food done right.
- Work efficiently in a small kitchen where organization and teamwork are everything.
- Handle prep, service, and cleaning duties with attention to detail and consistency.
- Make every plate count. We’re not doing complicated food, but we are doing food that needs to be perfect every time.
- Move with the team. When service gets busy, you keep up. When things slow down, you stay sharp.
- Keep it clean. A well-run kitchen is spotless and organized before, during, and after service.
Who You Are
Prior capacity in Cook, Junior Sous Chef, Sous Chef, Chef De Partie roles.You need a solid work ethic, a good attitude, and a commitment to doing things right.Someone who loves food and understands the importance of great execution.You’re comfortable working on a line, handling prep, and keeping service smooth.Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-energy kitchen environment.You take pride in what you put on the plate, and you’re always looking to get better.Why Join Us?
